Wordpress 5 Basic tips

Does your blog need improvement? You will find in this post 5 basic important wordpress tips to help you improve your blog pages and better compete with other on the web.

1. Content

Blog ContentIt goes without saying that the most important thing in a blog is to write a unique content base on your own knowledge and experience in your field. While you’re writing content, try  to think about how you can involve the reader to respond to your own thoughts. Comments are key to writing  a successful blog. All publicity is good: whether they be positive or negative comments, it doesn’t matter it. What matters is that it keeps your blog in good health.

2. Plug ins

WordPress has thousands of plug-ins. Not all of them are great, but many of us end up keeping both active and inactive plug-ins on our blogs. Try to keep the ones you use and remove all the un-necessary plug-ins you’re not using. Having too many plug-ins installed can really affect the loading time of your pages and your overall blog’s performance. Keep in mind that most of these plug-ins need extra space for its code on your page.

When you have all your plug-ins organized, ask your webmaster to check and see if they are correctly optimized and  thus not interfering with other plug-ins. Most of the time you dont see it on your page, but its can mess with the other codes on the source page.

3. Images

Use images to give some life to your content. ‘Break’ your text with an image and don’t forget the image’s alt tag description.

However beautiful and unique your image are, they need to be optimized and compressed correctly. We often see blogs with huge images that take forever to load and suck the bandwidth of the page.

One of the of criteria for google to rank your page well is for your content to load quickly.

4. SEO

Blog Title: Make sure your blog article’s title is showing correctly
